Every project starts the same way — a phone call, an in-home visit, an honest conversation about what you want the room to feel like — and then unfolds at its own pace.

Custom Drapery

Pinch-pleat, ripplefold, cartridge and goblet headings, in linen, cotton velvet, silk blends and blackout weaves. Motorized tracks by Somfy on request.

From $180 per finished panel.

Roman & Roller Shades

Flat and hobbled roman shades made with proper spring lifts, plus solar and blackout rollers for west-facing windows and Texas afternoons.

From $340 per shade.

Bedding & Bath

Fitted and flat linen sheeting, duvet covers, monogrammed pillow shams, waffle bath sheets. Cut to your mattress, not to a generic size.

From $220 per set.

Hand Embroidery

Family monograms, house numbers, christening blankets, table linens. Sketched, approved, then stitched entirely by hand.

From $45 per motif.

Reupholstery & Slipcovers

Hardwood frame rebuilds, eight-way hand-tied springs, horsehair top pads and washable linen slipcovers for the everyday chairs.

Quoted per piece after inspection.

A dedicated to-the-trade line for interior designers: transparent lead times, wholesale pricing, and a single point of contact through your project.

The fabric library

Over 340 fabrics on the shelf, curated with intent.

We keep a working library of long-staple linens, cotton velvets, silk blends, wool sheers and performance weaves suitable for homes with children and dogs. Every bolt is tagged with its mill, weight and care instructions.

  • Belgian & Italian linens — Libeco, Rogier, and small Turin mills.
  • North Carolina cotton velvets — heirloom-weight, tightly woven, cat-resistant.
  • Performance weaves — Crypton and Perennials for family rooms.
  • OEKO-TEX certified across the majority of the library.

Frequently asked

The questions we hear most often.

How long does a full drapery order take?

Typically four to seven weeks from fabric approval to install, depending on scope. Larger whole-home projects run eight to twelve. We give firm dates in writing before you sign anything.

Do you install outside DFW?

Yes — we regularly install in Austin, Houston and the Hill Country. There's a modest travel fee for anything beyond a 40-mile radius of Farmers Branch.

Can I supply my own fabric?

Absolutely. Many clients do. We'll inspect it on arrival and let you know if there's anything we're worried about before we cut.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. For orders over $2,500 we offer an interest-free 3-payment plan: a deposit, a mid-point payment on fabric approval, and the balance at install.
