Stonebriar — covered kitchen and dining pavilion

Frisco, TX • Completed March 2025 • 6 weeks • Investment band $68k

The homeowners cooked outside four nights a week on a rolling cart. We replaced it with an L-shaped masonry island under a new cedar-ceiling pavilion tied into the existing hip roof. Gas was re-routed from the meter side of the house, and a dedicated 20-amp circuit now feeds the refrigeration and the ceiling fan.

Phillips Creek Ranch — flagstone fire patio

Frisco, TX • Completed October 2024 • 3 weeks • Investment band $23k

A narrow, sloped lot that shed water toward the back door. We regraded, built a 480 square foot Oklahoma flagstone patio on a compacted base, and centered a 44-inch gas fire pit with a wind guard. Twelve brass fixtures uplight the perimeter trees on an astronomical timer.

Windsong Ranch — pool-side louvered shade

West-facing pool deck that was unusable from 2pm onward. An engineered louvered aluminum structure now closes for rain and opens for evening light, with two fans and a resurfaced cool-deck coating that dropped the surface temperature enough to walk barefoot in July.

Newman Village — freestanding cedar pergola

Frisco, TX • Completed August 2025 • 8 working days • Investment band $16k

A 14 x 18 foot freestanding cedar pergola set away from the house to catch the prevailing southern breeze. Eight-by-eight posts on standoff bases, hand-cut rafter tails, and a string-light grid on a dedicated switched circuit. HOA approval package was drawn and submitted by us in week one.

Starwood — full backyard rebuild

Frisco, TX • Completed May 2024 • 11 weeks • Investment band $124k

Our largest single-phase build to date: an attached pavilion, a bar-height stone island with seating for six, a stone fireplace, 900 square feet of new hardscape and a full lighting design. Three trades, one schedule, one invoice, finished four days ahead of the contract date.
